SKINNY GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
Fixings:
2 lbs (4 medium) yukon gold potatoes, stripped and cubed
4 huge garlic cloves, stripped and split
1/4 cup light acrid cream
1/2 cup fat free chicken stock (sub vegetable stock for veggie lover)
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp whipped spread
genuine salt to taste
run of new ground pepper
1 tbsp new spices of decision: parsley, thyme, chives
Directions:
Put potatoes and garlic in a huge pot with salt and enough water to cover. Heat to the point of boiling.
Cover and lessen heat. Stew for 20 minutes or until potatoes are delicate.The-best-hamburger.
Channel and return potatoes and garlic to skillet. Add harsh cream and remaining fixings. Utilizing a masher, crush until smooth.
